Synergenics Services

Our technicians can help you with any of your PC or Apple equipment.   Bring your equipment to us at our service depot or contact us to book an onsite service call.  Our service depot is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.

Protect your documents, pictures and music with Synergenics DataGuard.  We will copy your entire hard drive to our secure server ensuring its safety while your equipment is repaired and then restore all of your data after the repair is complete.  DataGuard is provided on a flat fee basis, regardless of the amount of data you have stored on your hard drive.

The idea is as straightforward as the title suggests.  Purchase your new Apple system and Applecare warranty from Synergenics and go to the front of the line any time you need service on that system.  Whether your system is within the Apple warranty period or not, jump to the front of the repair queue any time you need service.

Want to know how to run Windows 7 on your new MacBook Pro?  Need to know what video card will produce 60 frames per second in your favourite game?  Need to know what printer to buy for use in a thin client environment.  Call us and get the answers you need.  From gaming to CAD, printer setup to server configuration, if we don’t have the answer right away we will find it for you.

Whether it is a new system that you would like to have installed for you at home, a new printer or router, or a hardware upgrade for a system that you can’t bring into the depot, contact us and request onsite installation with the same fast professional service we provide in house.

Malware and viruses are not the only reasons you may see performance degradation on your computer.  There are a number of things that will adversely impact the performance of your system over time.  Cleaning up un-needed files and registry entries, removing adware and spyware and ensuring proper hard disk operation can all restore performance to systems that are not what they once were.
